How does the trial period works?
Simply subscribe to the service of your liking and checkout your order as usual. In order to ensure safety for us and our other customers, we will need a valid payment method and will charge you for your service according to your order to verify your legal identity. Rest assured, we partnered with Paddle for our billing and therefore no payment information ever goes through or is saved on our systems - Paddle handles it all.
If you're not happy with our service within the first 3 days after your service was activated, simply reach out to our support team and we will get your order refunded to you right away - no questions asked! However, we'd be very happy to know what the reason for the refund was, so that we can optimise and enhance our service in that regard and hopefully earn you back as a customer in the future!
