You can add or remove channel administrators anytime you like through your ZNCHost dashboard. For this, please chose the channel you want to change the administrators for in the list first:

After doing this, you'll see the current channel administrators list:

To add a new channel admin, simply select the user you want to add as admin and hit "Add". 

To remove channel a channel admin, simply hit the "Delete" button next to the admin in the list.

All changes will be applied in almost realtime.
