First of all, make sure you added a user to your ZNCHost service through your dashboard. You get the password for the user automatically emailed (and so does the user, if you provided an email address in the process), otherwise feel free to set a new password for the user, if you don't remember it. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be retrieved by you or ZNCHost staff.
To connect to the user account either use the connect information in said email after setup, or use the "Connect Info" functionality in your dashboard to review it again (except the password, of course):
